Five recordings every solopreneur should make this week

1 min read

When you run the business yourself, every repeated explanation comes out of the same small pool of hours. A short recording turns that explanation into a link you can send forever. These five are the ones that pay back the fastest.

1. How a new client gets started

Where to log in, where to upload files, where to find invoices. Every new client asks, and every answer you type is slightly different. Record it once and put the link in your welcome email.

2. The task you hand to your VA every week

Weekly reports, inbox triage, posting to social. If you can do it in a browser tab, you can record it. Your VA gets the video for context and the written steps to follow.

3. A two-minute tour for leads

Not every lead needs a call. A quick tour of what they'll actually get answers most of the early questions, and the people who still book a call show up ready to buy.

4. Your most common support question

Look at your sent folder and find the question you answer most. That one recording will save you more time than anything else on this list.

5. The setup step people get stuck on

If you sell a course or a product, there's always one step where people stall, like connecting a domain or installing a plugin. A recording at that exact spot keeps them moving.

Pick one, record it today, and send it the next time the question comes in. You'll notice the difference within a week.

Record the thing you explain most. It takes a few minutes.
